Key Stats
- Wolves have lost their last three matches in the Premier League.
- Wolves are unbeaten in four of their last six matches against Everton.
- Four of the last six matches between these two sides have seen both teams get on the scoresheet.
- Everton have failed to score in their last two matches in the league.
Key Players
Matheus Cunha
Cunha was quite impressive against Manchester United and Brighton in his last two outings. Despite not getting on the scoresheet, he seemed like a handful for the opposition defenders with his dribbling, work rate and link-up play.
Wolves will need him to break down the Everton defence here and the Brazilian is our key man to watch out for.
Prediction
Everton 1-1 Wolves
Both teams have been disappointing in the league so far and they will be desperate to pick up their first win of the season.
This is likely to be an evenly matched contest and it remains to be seen who comes out on top. Neither side are in particularly impressive form and they could end up cancelling each other out here.
A 1-1 draw between Everton and Wolves could be on the cards this weekend.
