Manchester United firmly established their foothold at the top of the table after yet another four-goal win, this time over Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium
Like last week, Jose Mourinho’s men were slow off the blocks, gradually growing into the match. But, the visitors were quick to assert their dominance over the Swans after Eric Bailly broke the deadlock just before half-time.
A three-goal burst in four second half minutes towards the end of the match then rounded off the convincing win for Manchester United as Romelu Lukaku, Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial scored for the second consecutive match to continue the perfect start to the season for the Red Devils.
As expected the Manchester United fans were over the moon following yet another emphatic win for their side, while pundits have started hailing Mourinho’s men as the early favourites for the Premier League title.

’20 times 20 times Man United’ the @ManUtd fans are singing. Not want to jump the gun, a change of lyrics is needed the way this team play

I’m crying real tears, this is a title winning team, 8 goals in two games. You think Mourinho came to not win the PL?? 17-18 is his 100%

Manchester United fans are clamouring for Anthony Martial’s inclusion after another clinical performance from the Frenchman:

Until Rashford works on his finishing, he’s got nothing on Martial. The latter has earned a start in the next game.

Anthony Martial comes off the bench and Manchester United score three goals. Wow. Has to start next week – what a player.

Martial has transformed this game. When he’s got a point to prove he’s unplayable. Needs to maintain this level of motivation.

Martial offered more control and better decision making than Rashford, so much neater and tidier on the ball

There were calls for improvements from Marcus Rashford though, after the young Englishman missed a straightforward chance in the first half:
Marcus Rashford is going to be a fantastic player, but he really needs to start finishing off those one-on-ones. Lack of a clinical edge.
— Liam Canning (@LiamPaulCanning) August 19, 2017
Finished the one v one poorly v Real and now he’s missed another with an awful decision to chip. Rashford really needs to improve finishing.

Watching @ManUtd…
Rashford is the real deal.. he just now needs to figure out how to be more efficient in finishing..— Jeinny Lizarazo (@Jeinnylizarazo) August 19, 2017
The competition will be good for rashford. I hope the finishing comes with maturity but we thought that of welbeck and look where he is now
— Brett Ledbetter (@Leddogger) August 19, 2017
It’s only a matter of time before Rashford is in amongst the goal scorers. He’s put in some good performances.
— Runyararo (@rcnyandoro) August 19, 2017
If Rashford improves his finishing he will get plenty of goals as he looked our most dangerous player in the 1st half
