Santi Cazorla has done the unthinkable, with the former Arsenal midfielder receiving a call-up to the Spanish National Team after almost having to quit football due to a leg injury.
The midfielder was told he might have to quit football due to an infection in his foot and that he may never be able to walk, in October, 2017. Cazorla went through 11 surgeries and recovered in fantastic fashion to resume footballing duties in 2018. But, even the most optimistic of his fans would have never envisaged this.
