The Red Devils lost a fairly straightforward clash against Eredivisie club Feyenoord in Rotterdam, with a late goal from Toni Vilhena giving the hosts a shock victory.
A number of players failed to have an impact for Manchester United, as they lost the opening match of their Europa League campaign.
The likes of Matteo Darmian, Memphis Depay and Paul Pogba were heavily criticized after the game, but it was Argentinian left-back Marcos Rojo who was the one singled out by most of the angry and frustrated Man United fans.
Marcos Rojo consistently giving the ball away and falling over his own feet. A fitting tribute to the injured Phil Jones.

Rojo is one of the worst players who’s ever played for our club

My blind cat can do better than rojo… What a joke

This game just shows how much Luke Shaw and Antonio Valencia contribute in attack. Rojo and Darmian are just not good enough.

When you remember you forgot to substitute Rojo. #mufc pic.twitter.com/uD6AI0Ibcm

Was trying to chill about Rojo. But he’s dreadful. Simply dreadful. Woeful

The only positive thing that could come out of this is if Jose comes out and says this was Marcos Rojo’s last game for @ManUtd. #MUFC ?⚽️?⚪️

Rojo needs put in the bin?

We can establish that Rojo is crap…

Shocking that rojo is still in our squad.
ROJo Should be sold ASAP— M98 (@Simplymata8) September 15, 2016
Playing Marcos Rojo is basically match fixing isn’t it?
— Louis. (@PogbasRightPeg) September 15, 2016
Poor from the whole team. Difficult to point out a player, but that should be it for Rojo. The whole team was shocking today…

Things were so bad that this woman has some words of advice for anyone who still has any hope left for Rojo.
@VivaLaAnder If anyone supports Rojo after today they need to get the hell off of social media and take a good look at their choices
