Real Madrid continued their winning run in La Liga as they enjoyed comfortable 3-0 win over Eibar to climb up to third in the league table.
Los Blancos were not at their fluent flowing best for large parts of the match, but they had enough quality to outclass the visitors as goals by Marco Asensio and Marcelo as well as an own goal by Paulo Oliveira from the former’s cross ensured all three points for Zinedine Zidane’s men.
Asensio produced another promising performance to add to his burgeoning reputation, and the young Spaniard was hailed by Real Madrid fans for his impact.
Marco Asensio has now scored 3 goals in LaLiga this season; more than any other Real Madrid player.

There were words of praise for Theo Hernandez and Luka Modric as well, who were superb on the night.
Damn. Theo Hernandez has no shame.
Always Usain Bolting his way ahead of the defenders.Called Plane for a reason. ⚡

Theo Hernandez is top class!! Just needs to improve the timing and quality of his crosses
— A (@kroosnaldoo) October 22, 2017
I would’ve paid my whole life savings if that Modric dummy would’ve ended up in a goal so we could replay it forever

Theo Hernandez. The future best left back in the world. No doubt. Btw he can chose between playing for Spain or France

Nobody can replicate that pass from Modric

But, there were also concerns surrounding the form of Cristiano Ronaldo, who only has one goal in La Liga this season, while some were frustrated by the lack of service he’s getting.
Ronaldo out of form at the start of the season again for the 3rd straight season. He will do what he always does come the business end
— Zeus (@KeylorinhoZZ) October 22, 2017
Think there is actually a competition between Suarez, Benzema and Ronaldo to determine who’s the worst
— Julian (@ElaficionadoFC) October 22, 2017
Isco and Asensio are playing their own game, leaving Cristiano awkwardly on his own on every occasion. Frustrating to watch.

Cristiano tryna stare down Isco and Asensio every time: pic.twitter.com/hycnlVE6DB

Waiting for one RM player to make a good pass to Ronaldo when he makes one of those great runs.
