Manchester United lifted the EFL Cup over Southampton on Sunday, thanks to a double from Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swede’s double powered the Red Devils to their first trophy of the Jose Mourinho era.
The two goals mean Zlatan’s tally for Manchester United after the Community Shield is now 25 goals, an unprecedented number for a 35-year-old.
Manchester United fans hailed the Swede for the impact he has had at United after the latest of his goals proved to be the winner for the Red Devils.

45 – Zlatan Ibrahimovic will spend 45 minutes in physio after carrying ten players by himself for an entire match. Weightlifting.

Remember all the people that said Zlatan Ibrahimović would struggle in England because he’s 35 and played ‘farmers’ in France? Hilarious.
