Christian Eriksen’s long-range strike made the difference as Tottenham narrowly edged out Crystal Palace in a 1-0 win at Selhurst Park on Wednesday.
Tottenham maintained pace with table toppers Chelsea in the race to win the Premier League title thanks to a hard-fought victory that kept them four points adrift of the Blues.
It was a match in which chances came few and far between and Tottenham struggled to be at their dominating best. And it required a Christian Eriksen special from long range to inspire Mauricio Pochettino’s men to an eighth consecutive win in the Premier League.

Honestly think Eriksen has taken that big step into the next level. He’s added that bit of consistency to his game which was lacking.
