Manchester United saw their recent run of results snap as Bournemouth handed them a 1-0 defeat, with Joshua King scoring the only goal of the game.

In a match that was affected by inclement weather, chances came few and far between. Manchester United posed the greater threat all throughout. But, it was Bournemouth who struck against the run of play at the stroke of half-time, with Joshua King scoring from point-blank range.

The visitors were unable to find a way past a stubborn Bournemouth defence in the second half, as they fell to their fourth Premier League defeat of the season. And, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer bore the brunt of Manchester United fans in the aftermath of the defeat.

Andreas Pereira was a player that perhaps, exemplified the listlessness of Manchester United and fans duly chastised the midfielder.

Meanwhile, fans made sure to laud Daniel James, who was the only player who looked likely to make a difference.
