Barcelona got back to winning ways in La Liga on Saturday as they cruised to a 3-0 win over Athletic Bilbao at Camp Nou.
Barcelona hosted Athletic Bilbao at Camp Nou on Saturday evening, looking to keep up the pressure on Real Madrid and close the gap on the La Liga table toppers to one point. The performance was below par, but in the end Luis Enrique’s men got the all important three points.
Paco Alcacer broke the deadlock early on in the first half to score his first goal for Barcelona, before Lionel Messi doubled the Blaugrana’s lead by scoring his 16th league goal with a sublime free kick just before half-time.
Aleix Vidal then completed what eventually looked like a comfortable stroll for Barcelona by making it 3-0 just after the hour mark, and make further impression on Enrique.
Here are the best tweets after a resounding win for Barcelona over Ernesto Valverde’s Athletic Bilbao on Saturday.

Good game. Neymar MOTM for me. If people can’t see past his lack of goals, that’s their problem. He’s involved in everything right now.

Neymar knows how much these Atheltic hate his “disrespectful” tricks and he’s just doing more and more and more of them. I love this guy.

Good win resting Suárez & partially Leo but yet another subpar performance. Neymar standout, a completely rejuvenated player – sensational.

Neymar is everywhere, all the time. Best on the pitch so far. Hustling on defense, breaking ankles, setting teammates up. What a man.
