The North London club are looking to appoint the 49-year-old as their new recruitment chief. Fraser was a part of the Chelsea setup for well over two decades. During his time at Stamford Bridge, the 49-year-old made quite a name for himself by discovering some of their best academy graduate.
Fraser was the one who brought the likes of Conor Gallagher, Reece James, Tammy Abraham, Marc Guehi and Levi Colwill to the club. After doing wonders for the Blues over the years, he ended up leaving the club in the summer of 2024.
He has been on the lookout for his next job and seems set to make the switch to London rivals Arsenal. The Gunners already have a star-studded squad, but they want to further bolster it in the summer and have already started drawing up a list of potential targets.
Arsenal want to bring Jim Fraser to the club
