Juventus are rumoured to be targeting Real Madrid players Danilo and Isco while also cancelling Alvaro Morata’s buy-back clause.
According to Football Espana, Juventus will pay Real Madrid up to €90m if they can come to an agreement on the transfer of defender Danilo, playmaker Isco and their own star striker Alvaro Morata.
Real aren’t having a good season by their standards. The departure of Rafa Benitez and arrival of Zinedine Zidane has somewhat helped improve their form in recent weeks. However, if this season were to end trophyless, it is rumoured that the futures of many players hang in the balance and some are even looking to move away from the club.
Juventus’ Possible Raid
Alvaro Morata moved to Real Madrid in 2014 after being deemed excess to requirements. But Madrid were well aware of the striker’s talent and had a buy-back clause inserted in his contract. They hold the right to re-sign the Spanish international and it’s rumoured that the re-signing amount will be 30 million euros. It is further reported that they will look to sell him immediately to Arsenal for 50 million euros.
Isco joined the Madrid giants from Malaga in 2013 and despite scoring regularly and putting in good performances when called upon, he has had limited opportunities to establish himself in the first team. The Spanish play maker is also on Juventus’ list, and it is reported that Juventus will look to bring the 2012 Golden Boy award winner to Turin for upwards of 30 million euros.
Brazilian international defender Danilo was signed by Real Madrid for an estimated 31.5 million euros from Porto in 2015. But after enduring a difficult first season at Real, he has been targeted by Juventus as a possible replacement for an aging Stephan Lichtsteiner. It is reported they will be willing to pay 25 million euros in an attempt to make Real part with the defender.
Madrid face a possible exodus of players and even manager Zinedine Zindane’s postion is not safe unless they end the season on a high. With star players like Ronaldo, Kroos and James constantly being linked with moves away from the club, Real Madrid face a tough summer in finding replacements as they look to keep up with a seemingly unstoppable Barcelona.
