Arsenal’s Premier League title ambitions suffered a huge blow in the hands of their London rivals West Ham United. The Hammers came back from two goals down to finish the game with a 3-3 scoreline, thanks to a hat-trick from Andy Carroll.
In what turned out to be a thrilling game, Arsenal raced to a two goal lead before throwing it away to an excellent hat-trick from West Ham’s Andy Carroll. Laurent Koscielny helped salvage a point for the Gunners, scoring the equaliser in the 70th minute
However, both sets of fans were frustrated. West Ham had made a fantastic comeback and should have taken the 3 points, while Arsenal threw away a two goal lead and any hopes of challenging for the title.
