Hector Bellerin and Kieran Tierney are the full-back pairing for Arsenal, with Bellerin donning the armband in the absence of Granit Xhaka. Rob Holding combines with Shkodran Mustafi to form the central defensive partnership.
The aforementioned Xhaka is replaced by Lucas Torreira, who will be Arsenal’s holding midfielder against Vitoria SC. Torreira is accompanied by Joe Willock in the midfield double pivot. Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Gabriel Martinelli are the two wide men for the hosts, with Alexandre Lacazette leading the line and Emile Smith Rowe reprising the no. 10 role.
