Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has made two changes to the side that defeated Burnley at the weekend for their UEFA Champions League tie against Bayern Munich.
Liverpool have recalled club captain Jordan Henderson to the starting lineup for the second leg of their UEFA Champions League Round of 16 tie at Allianz Arena on Wednesday night. The England international did not start against Burnley at the weekend, but replaces Fabinho in the No.6 role, despite the Brazilian midfielder’s consistent, solid displays.
The other change from Liverpool also comes in the middle of the park with Adam Lallana making way for seasoned campaigner James Milner in the playing XI. Dutchman Georginio Wijnaldum is retained in the third midfield slot for the Merseyside outfit.

There are no other changes in the starting lineup, with Alisson Becker continuing between the sticks. Trent Alexander-Arnold features at right-back having been cleared after a minor injury scare against Burnley. Virgil van Dijk starts at the heart of the defence alongside Joep Matip, having missed the first leg with suspension, with Andy Robertson completing the backline.
The attacking trio of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane remain intact, with Daniel Sturridge, Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi providing options from the bench.
