Jurgen Klopp has made three changes to the starting lineup that faced PSG in the Champions League as Liverpool get set to host Everton at Anfield
Trent Alexander-Arnold has replaced Dejan Lovren, with Joe Gomez moving in to the central defensive partnership with Virgil van Dijk. Fabinho also returns to the starting lineup, while Xherdan Shaqiri will start on the right flank. Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson, who is suspended, and James Milner have dropped out.
Meanwhile, Mohamed Salah returns to his role as the Liverpool striker in the 4-2-3-1, with Roberto Firmino playing as the no. 10.
