Jurgen Klopp has made six changes to the side that was held in the Merseyside derby as Liverpool prepare to host West Bromwich Albion at Anfield.
Loris Karius, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Emre Can, Georginio Wijnaldum, Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino are the players coming in. The Fab Four of Coutinho, Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah start together, with Coutinho leading the side for the second time in a week.
West Brom boss Alan Pardew, on the other hand, has made two changes to the side that lost to Swansea City over the weekend, James McClean and Grzegorz Krychowiak replacing Sam Field and Jay Rodriguez.
