Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic are among the nine changes made by Jose Mourinho as Manchester United prepare to take on Southampton at St. Mary’s.
Also returning to the starting lineup are David De Gea, Eric Bailly, Phil Jones, Ashley Young, Marouane Fellaini, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Antonio Valencia, who will lead the side out at the Bet365 Stadium. Anthony Martial, the man of the match in the midweek game, returns to the bench, alongside Ander Herrera and Michael Carrick.
Meanwhile, Virgil van Dijk must wait at least one more week before making a first start of the season, with Mauricio Pellegrino sticking with Wesley Hoedt and Maya Yoshida at the heart of his side’s defence.
