Claude Puel made eight changes for Southampton despite no injury concerns while Jose Mourinho has made four changes for Manchester United.
The line-ups are in and Jose Mourinho has made four significant changes from the previous game against Tottenham Hotspur as the Red Devils prepare for their clash at St Mary’s stadium.
Daley Blind has been rested, while Sergio Romero will come in for David De Gea in the goal. Matteo Darmian returns to replace Blind. Marouane Fellaini returns after his domestic suspension and Henrikh Mkhitaryan has also been included in the line-up.

Southampton’s striker Charlie Austin has been included as a substitute and he is likely to feature today after recovering from an injury. Fraser Forster, Oriol Romeu and Maya Yoshida retain their places after Saturday’s 2-1 win over Middlesbrough.
Meanwhile Cedric, Jack Stephens, Matt Targett, Steven Davis, James Ward-Prowse, Dusan Tadic, Nathan Redmond and Manolo Gabbiadini all return.
