Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored his first Manchester United hat-trick to give the Red Devils a commanding lead over Saint-Etienne in the Europa League Round of 32 tie.

It wasn’t the best of performances from Zlatan Ibrahimovic in a Manchester United shirt, but he ended up increasing his goal tally for the season nevertheless against one of his favourite opponents, Saint-Etienne.

Ibrahimovic scored from a deflected free kick early on in the match to give Manchester United the lead in the first half. Then an easy tap in resulting from Marcus Rashford’s driving run into the box, as well as a late penalty saw him complete his hat-trick and give Manchester United a three-goal lead heading into the second leg next week.
