Liverpool travel to Plymouth for the replay of their FA Cup third round tie, after the League Two side held them to a goalless draw at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp isn’t taking the fixture too seriously, judging from the starting line-up he has chosen to field. Trent Alexander-Arnold is surprisingly the only player to retain his place from the XI that started against Manchester United, as Klopp handed a few young stars the chance to shine.
Brazilian Philippe Coutinho starts after making an impactful substitute appearance against United, while English attacker Daniel Sturridge also gets a start. The two experienced goal-getters are joined by the likes of Ovie Ejaria, Divock Origi and Ben Woodburn in the attack.
German goalkeeper Loris Karius also starts the game, hoping to replace his number one spot from Belgian custodian Simon Mignolet.
