An infuriated Arsenal employee decided to leave his job after Arsene Wenger prioritized paying the staff instead of signing new players.
Arsene Wenger has been under the microscope off-late and has been doing rounds in the media regarding the lack of transfer activity at the Emirates this summer.
When asked in the press conference about whether or not there will be any new names at Arsenal, the Frenchman said: “It’s a bit surprising that you come out of football games and you don’t speak about football, you have to speak about money.
“Not to forget as well that we are a club who has 600 employees who we need to have a responsible attitude for as well.”
Thus, one employee took the initiative and posted on Twitter to explain the reason for leaving his job:
