FC Barcelona and Leicester City have both named relatively strong lineups ahead of their mouth-watering International Champions Cup clash.
The champions of Spain are set to take on the champions of England in what promises to be a riveting International Champions Cup tie. Both teams go into this game with the strongest possible lineup at their disposal.
Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez are set to lead the lines for Barcelona, and will be partnered by Munir El Haddadi. Midfielders Sergi Roberto, Arda Turan and Juan Camara will form a trio in the middle of the park for the Catalans. In defence, Denis Suarez and Aleix Vidal retain their spot in the lineup and will be joined by Jeremy Mathieu and ‘B’ team player Marlon Santos. Reserve goalkeeper Jordi Masip starts in goal and would be hoping to impress Luis Enrique.

For Leicester, Riyad Mahrez will start in the rather unfamiliar role as a support striker to Jamie Vardy. Marc Albrighton and Demarai Gray will start on either flanks. In midfield, Danny Drinkwater is partnered by Andy King after N’Golo Kante recently departed to Chelsea. Claudio Ranieri has stuck to his preferred centre-back pairing of Robert Huth and Wes Morgan, but has handed a rare start to left-back Gary Chilwell. New signing Ron-Robert Zieler is set to start between the sticks for the Premier League champions.
