It’s that time of the year again big names get linked with bizarre moves to the most unlikely of teams. In this case, it happens to be Napoli’s Gonzalo Higuain and the team in question is none other than the Premier League’s very own West Ham United.
Higuain finished the season as Europe’s third highest League scorer with a total of 42 goals to his name in all competitions. Needless to say, he has attracted the attention of Europe’s elite including the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, PSG, Atletico Madrid and…West Ham United?
According to a report in talkSport, the Hammers are reportedly interested in bringing the Argentine to London. West Ham has already lost Michy Batshuayi to Chelsea and have had their bid for Alexandre Lacazette rejected and it now seems as if Slaven Bilic is trying to look further up the ladder for top talent to splash the cash on.
