Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo became the first man in history to score in four different European Championship competitions. The Los Blancos star netted a brace, but a resolute Hungarian outfit managed to put three goals past Rui Patricio in the Portugal goal.
Portugual held Hungary to a 3-3 draw in Lyon – a game which proved to be one of the best of Euro 2016 thus far. A fascinating end-to-end game saw the Hungarians in the lead three times, but thanks to the inspiration of Ronaldo, Portugal fought back and managed to salvage a point to ensure their progress to the Round of 16.
