Jurgen Klopp has named his starting XI for Liverpool’s Europa League quarter final first leg encounter at the Signal Iduna Park against Borussia Dortmund, and forwards Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge are not in it.
Firmino was doubtful for the match, and Klopp had said that he will face a late fitness test to ascertain whether or not he is fit enough to play. Both him and Sturridge have been named for Liverpool’s bench, in case they need to make an impact some time later in the game. Here is Liverpool’s confirmed starting eleven and the substitutes’ bench.
