Arsenal saw off their Championship opponents Hull City with a resounding 4-0 victory at the KC Stadium.
Two goals each from Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott ensured that the Gunners progressed in the replay, after the two teams played out a goalless draw at the Emirates in what proved to be the ‘first leg’ of their FA Cup 5th round tie.
A goal either side of half time from Giroud gave the Gunners the lead, while Walcott slotted in two late goals to make it 4-0. Arsenal will face a high-flying Watford team in the quarter-finals, as they look to complete a hat-trick of FA Cups, having won the previous two editions of the competition.
