Juventus easily cast aside their mid-table opponents Chievo to briefly take the top spot in the Serie A with their 12th consecutive win in the league this season.
On Sunday, Massimiliano Allegri’s men registered another convincing win that will add more fuel to their thrust for the Scudetto. Spaniard Alvaro Morata scored a brace to open up proceedings for the Old Lady against Chievo, followed by goals from Brazilian defender Alex Sandro and French midfielder Paul Pogba.
This win marked their 12th consecutive victory in the league, which equaled a club record and put them on top of the Serie A table before Napoli won an emphatic victory against Empoli later in the day to regain top spot.
