Nuno Espirito Santo’s West Ham United are on the verge of signing Venezuelan attacking sensation Keiber Lamadrid on loan.
After a disappointing first half of the season, West Ham United have been working very hard in the ongoing transfer window to bolster their squad. The East London outfit want to ensure they have enough quality in their ranks to survive in the English top flight.
The Hammers have already added Taty Castellanos and Pablo Felipe to reinforce Nuno Espirito Santo’s attack, and according to Ben Jacobs, they are on the verge of signing Keiber Lamadrid on loan until the end of the season.
Despite having added two forwards in Castellanos and Felipe, the East London club were still desperate to have more quality out wide on the flanks, and they decided to sign the Venezuelan international.
Over the years, Keiber Lamadrid has been involved in 103 matches for Deportivo La Guaria, and he has contributed towards 21 goals. The youngster earned his only cap for the national team towards the end of last year on the back of his impressive rise.

West Ham to sign Lamadrid on loan?
The 22-year-old has caught the attention of multiple top clubs with his consistent performances and massive potential. West Ham are one of the clubs that have been keeping tabs on him, and in a surprising turn of events, they have gone ahead and struck a deal for the young winger.
The South American sensation is set to join the Hammers on loan until the end of the season. A report from Give Me Sport suggests he has already undergone the medical that was supposed to take place in Paris, and Lamadrid should be in London within the next 24 hours.
More importantly, it is not a straightforward loan deal. The Hammers will have an option to make the move permanent for around £870,000 in the summer. While Lamadrid has enough first-team experience, he still might start with the Hammers Under-21 team, as Nuno plans on integrating him into his team over time.
