Juventus have held positive talks to sign Manchester United flop Jadon Sancho, and they are also interested in Marcus Rashford.
According to a report from Sky Sports, Juventus are looking to add more quality on the flanks, and they are interested in the services of Jadon Sancho as well as his teammate Marcus Rashford. They have held positive talks with Sancho’s agents and have enquired about the Manchester United graduate, who had spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa.
After a disappointing 2024/25 season, the Old Lady are looking to reinforce their squad. They want more firepower in the final third and are pushing to sign a new winger. While the Serie A giants are already working on a deal to secure Francisco Conceicao’s services on a permanent basis, they are also in the market for a left-winger.
With Nicolas González expected to be on the move this summer, the Italian giants are targeting United flop Jadon Sancho. The English international spent the last season out on loan at Chelsea. While he did a decent job, the Blues decided against making the move permanent.
Jadon Sancho is closing in on a move to Turin
The former Borussia Dortmund star is back at Old Trafford, but he has no future under Ruben Amorim. Manchester United are working hard to get him off their books, and Juventus have emerged as a potential destination.
The Old Lady have been in talks with the Red Devils for some time. While nothing concrete has happened so far, they have held positive talks with his camp in recent days, and both clubs are looking to reach an agreement on a deal worth around €15 million.
While things did not work out for him at Manchester United, Sancho is certainly a top talent who could prove to be a valuable addition to the Juventus team. Apart from him, the Old Lady are also interested in Marcus Rashford’s services.
Juventus enquire about Rashford
The 27-year-old was benched by Amorim midway through last season. The Portuguese manager was not pleased with his efforts, and following a rift between the two, he ended up joining Aston Villa on a temporary basis.
Rashford did turn things around and was quite a useful addition to Unai Emery’s team, but they failed to make the move permanent. While he has been linked with some of the biggest clubs in Europe, there has not been much progress with regards to a transfer.
Juventus have thrown their hat into the ring. The Serie A giants are interested in his services and have just enquired about his availability. They held exploratory talks with Manchester United on Wednesday. While the cost of the operation is a touch on the higher side, they do see him as a great market opportunity to bolster their attack.
