Inter Milan ready to sell three players to fund Mohamed Salah move

Liverpool attacker Mohamed Salah has been linked with a move away from the club, and Inter Milan are hoping to secure his signature.

Mohamed Salah will be out of contract in the summer of 2025, and Serie A champions Inter Milan are hoping to get a deal done. According to a report by Italian outlet Inter Live, the Nerazzurri would be willing to fund the Liverpool attacker’s arrival by selling three players.

The Egyptian international currently earns around €11.7 million per season at Liverpool, and his wages will be a major obstacle for Inter Milan. The Serie A champions are now willing to cash in on Marko Arnautovic, Mehdi Taremi, and Joaquin Correa to make way for the Liverpool talisman. It remains to be seen whether they can get a deal across the line.

Inter Milan will be able to secure a pre-contract agreement with the Egyptian international when the transfer window reopens in January. Salah has been a world-class player for Liverpool, and he has helped them win several major trophies. He has been sensational this season as well, and Liverpool are currently on top of the Premier League table and the UEFA Champions League table.

Salah could improve Inter Milan immensely

Mohamed Salah has been instrumental to Liverpool’s success so far this season, and he will hope to guide them to major trophies before leaving the club. It will be interesting to see if Inter Milan can convince the veteran attacker to join them.

The 32-year-old would transform them in the final third. Salah knows what it takes to play for a big club and challenge for major trophies consistently. He will add goals, creativity and unpredictability to the Inter Milan attack.

The player is at the peak of his powers, and he could hit the ground running at his new club. He has played in Serie A before with Fiorentina and Roma. The Liverpool forward knows the league and he will be able to settle in quickly. Signing a player of his quality on a free transfer would represent a masterstroke, and it will be interesting to see if the Serie A champions can get the deal across the line.
