Fulham are reportedly keen to make an approach for Celtic’s in-form German winger Nicolas Kuhn ahead of the January window.
According to Florian Plettenberg, Fulham are one of the teams holding a key interest in signing Celtic’s Nicolas Kuhn. The in-form German winger has been sensational for the Hoops this season, racking up 21 goal contributions in all competitions. So, some Premier League sides, including the Cottagers, are keen to approach in January.
Marco Silva has seen massive improvements from his side, with summer signing and club record transfer Emile Smith Rowe one of their brightest players this term. Apart from the former Arsenal man, many other stars have upped their game this season, including striker Raul Jimenez and winger Adama Traore.
Fulham have already shown their teeth in some challenging games and are expected to continue their run going forward. Silva will probably look ahead of the January transfer window to bring in critical reinforcements in specific areas, as the Fulham boss seems to be open to adding more to the attacking setup.
Fulham have an interest in winger Kevin Zenon, who is probably seen as a future replacement for on-loan star Reiss Nelson, who will return to Arsenal next summer. In any case, Silva may look to reinforce the attack with a winger who can cut inside from the right-hand side of the pitch.
Harry Wilson has put in two sensational match-winning cameos in the last two games, although he is probably not the solution for the long run. Celtic’s in-form 24-year-old German winger Nicolas Kuhn has thus emerged on their list of potential targets, as Fulham are open to approaching ahead of the January window.
Fulham are chasing Nicolas Kuhn
With 21 goal contributions for Celtic in all competitions, Kuhn has been one of the players emerging on the radars of a few Premier League sides. Crystal Palace are interested in the winger, while Brentford are also keen. So, Fulham will have a big task on their hand to convince the 24-year-old German winger to join them.
The Cottagers are in an excellent position to attract someone like Kuhn to their project, as an early approach may set their course for a positive outcome. Much will also depend on how much Celtic would want for one of their promising stars, and there is a feeling the Hoops will demand significantly to let the 24-year-old German winger leave in January.
