Dedic became an important part of Red Bull Salzburg’s first team in the 2022/23 season, and he has not looked back since. The 22-year-old Bosnian full-back has established himself as one of the best young full-backs, and he now finds himself on the wishlist of Liverpool.
The Reds are trying their best to strike a new deal with their defensive mainstay Alexander-Arnold. His contract runs out at the end of the season, and they are holding talks to extend his stay. But, it seems those talks have not progressed well.
With contract talks hitting a standstill, recent reports suggest that Alexander-Arnold could be heading to Real Madrid who have been trying to sign him on a free transfer next summer. While his contract at the Austrian club runs until the summer of 2027, they will most likely let him leave for a decent fee. The Reds have already taken the first step towards bringing him to Anfield. Liverpool have asked for information about the young right-back and will now look to act on it.
