Lindelof might need to leave Old Trafford in order to play regularly next season and a move to Sevilla would be ideal for him.
There is no doubt that the Swedish defender has a quality to thrive in Spanish football and he could be a key player for Sevilla. The Spanish outfit have had a disappointing season by the standards so far and they will need to improve the squad during the summer transfer window.
Signing a quality central defender would be a wise decision for the Spanish outfit and Lindelof could help them tighten up defensively. The 29-year-old defender has the experience and the quality to do well in Spanish football, and he will look to make an immediate impact in La Liga if the transfer goes through.
Although he has had ample game time this season, it is mostly down to the number of injury problems Manchester United have had. The Swedish international is unlikely to get regular game time once the key players are back and therefore it would be ideal for him to move on in the summer.
