The 21-year-old has been a part of Aston Villa since his childhood days. He has come up the ranks at the club and has become an integral part of their first team. And Ramsey has been on fire in the ongoing season.

He has been involved in 33 Premier League matches and has ten goal contributions. The 21-year-old has found the back of the net on five occasions and also has five assists. And, his performances have attracted a lot of attention from across Europe.

Ramsey is one of the names on their transfer target list. Jurgen Klopp is impressed with what he has seen of the 21-year-old and wants him at Anfield in the upcoming transfer window. The England Under-21 star is a versatile player who can feature in multiple positions across the field. And, his arrival will surely help the cause of Liverpool.

However, it won’t be easy to prise him away from Aston Villa. The 21-year-old signed a contract extension last year at the Premier League club, and his current contract runs until the summer of 2027. And, on top of that, Villa have no intention of letting him leave.

Meanwhile, Ramsey is a lifelong Aston Villa fan and he is emotionally connected with the Premier League club. The 21-year-old wants to continue at Villa Park despite all the interest in his services. With Villa unlikely to offload him and Ramsey’s desire to continue at his childhood club, Liverpool might be forced to look for alternatives.
