Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, a target for Liverpool.
According to a report via football.london, Tottenham are hoping to improve their attacking options. And the north Londoners have identified the 21-year-old Napoli winger Kvaratskhelia as a potential target. However, Tottenham will face competition from Premier League rivals Liverpool, who are looking to sign the Georgian attacker from the Serie A club as well.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has been exceptional for Napoli since joining the Serie A club and he has firmly established himself as one of the best young attacking talents in European football. The Georgian international has been linked with other Premier League clubs as well.
The 21-year-old has eight goals and ten assists across all competitions, and he was outstanding against Liverpool in the Champions league. It is no surprise that his performance has caught the attention of Jurgen Klopp. It will be interesting to see if Liverpool can battle it out with Tottenham and secure his services in the coming months.
It is highly unlikely that Napoli will sanction the 21-year-old’s departure midway through the season. So both Premier League clubs will have to wait until the summer transfer window in order to make a move for the player.

Ideally, the 21-year-old is better off staying at Napoli for now. While he would be a great addition to both clubs, the move is not well-suited to his development right now.
