Barcelona have confirmed the capture of Arturo Vidal from Bayern Munich, with the player penning a three-year deal with the La Liga Champions.
Barcelona have announced an agreement with Bayern Munich to facilitate the transfer of Arturo Vidal. The Catalans have been looking to add to their midfield and the fans would be relieved to see the club land Arturo Vidal.
With the deal announced by Barcelona, the welcomes rung in. The fans also started contemplating the strength of the midfield, with Sergio Busquets, Ivan Rakitic and Vidal a part of it.
Vidal to Barcelona ?
They had to rebuild after the Xavi/Iniesta era officially came to an end this summer with Iniesta leaving. Now that Barcelona midfield is looking decent again!
Busquets, Rakitic, Arthur, Coutinho, Vidal… ?

Barcelona sold Paulinho for 50 million euros and bought Arturo Vidal for 30 million euros. Technical and financial gain. Vidal delivers a lot of physical imposition and quality in the midfield sector.

Some will argue that Arturo Vidal is injury prone and not perfectly suited to Barca’s beloved style, but how can you turn down a guy like Vidal for ~€18m?
He’s far more technical than he gets credit for, he’s a tireless runner, and he’s a winner.
Great signing. pic.twitter.com/rtVkZQcpQF

Arturo Vidal is world class and shouldn’t be in the same bracket as Paulinho and Arda. Period.

Some though, questioned the deal.
OK. Arturo Vidal. Monster of a player and cheap. I can live with that. But with every passing summer Barça seem to be getting further away from their identity and you’ve got to wonder where that will leave them in the long-term.

Name a more hateful duo than Suarez & Vidal in the same team.

Some next level trolls were also visible.
Barça just signed Vidal and sold Vidal on the same day.
Your club could never!
