Liverpool were held to a frustrating 0-0 draw in front of the Anfield crowd as West Brom bagged a crucial point in their Premier League relegation battle.
The Reds have only themselves to blame as Jurgen Klopp’s men just could not find their way past the Baggies defence that held strong away from home to add a crucial point to their tally.
Liverpool, as usual, were trolled on Twitter as their inability to win saw them lose pace with the chasing pack, falling seven points behind second-placed Manchester United.

There was also some controversy in the game, with Dominic Solanke unhappy about his disallowed goal.
Just seen the Liverpool disallowed goal from last night oh my days if that’s handball then all you strikers out there might as well wrap it in and retire ?Still no excuses Liverpool should be beating West Brom comfortably #FightingFor4th

If Liverpool’s goal was disallowed for accidental handball then why wasn’t we given a penalty against Chelsea?
