German play maker Mesut Ozil makes his first Premier League start for Arsenal this season, after missing their first due games because of a lack of match fitness.
Arsenal will be counting on their assist master to provide the missing spark as they look to get their first league win this season against Watford.
Former Tottenham center-back Younes Kaboul also makes his debut for the Hornets after joining from Sunderland.
