On a night when Paris was shell-shocked by terrorist attacks, fans leaving the Stade de France after the France-Germany match sang the French National anthem in a commendable show of solidarity.
The French victory over Germany provided little cause for celebration to the fans at the Stade de France, as they received information about the terrorist attacks that had ravaged the city of Paris. The supporters gathered on the pitch after the match, afraid and confused at the chaos taking place outside.
While leaving the stadium, in an emotional show of solidarity in the face of violence, the fans loudly sang the French national anthem, La Marseillaise, and cheered as they left the ground.
Here’s a video showing their exit.
