After last month’s victory against Bayern Munich, Arsenal FC will be looking to repeat their heroics against Pep Guardiola’s side as they travel to Bavaria, knowing that they need at least one point to keep their Champions League destiny in their own hands.

Injury problems have only escalated for Arsene Wenger since the last time they played Bayern, as Aaron Ramsey joined the long lost of injured players for Arsenal FC. His possible replacements, Alex Oxlade Chamerbin and Theo Walcott have both picked up muscular issues that will keep them out until the international break.

Mikel Arteta, David Ospina, Danny Welbeck and Thomas Rosicky are the other players sidelined for the Gunners.

The visitors have a total of nine players unavailable that has forced Arsene Wenger to include teenager Jeff Reine-Adelaide in the squad.

With Hector Bellerin out, Mathieu Debuchy is set to deputise at full back.

Wenger trusts Debuchy

Bellerin picked up a knock while he made a heroic goal-line clearance in Arsenal’s 3-0 win at Swansea. That means Mathieu Debuchy will be fill in at right-back, and the Arsenal FC boss is confident he can do the job.

a From Saturday we lost [Hector] Bellerin who will not be available tomorrow,a said Wenger, as reported by Sky Sports. a We have to wait. Ita s not a big problem, but a small groin problem.

a I have confidence and trust in him [Debuchy]. Physically, he should be ready.a

Must win game for Arsenal?

.

The Gunners have never lost at the Allianz Arena and have managed to pull off impressive wins in their last two visits. Arsene Wenger will hope to do something similar tonight, as Arsenal FC need a win to keep their Champions League hopes alive.

With just three points in three games, Arsenal will know this match is pivotal to their elusive Champions League dream.
