Liverpool FC attackers Christian Benteke, Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino have been ruled out for the Rubin Kazan clash, but are on track for a return in the weekend, as per manager Jurgen Klopp.

The Reds are already missing Danny Ings, whose season is over following a knee injury and the Anfield outfit will also be without their star attackers Sturridge and Benteke, with Roberto Firmino also ruled out.

The trio, alongside Dejan Lovren are on track for the weekend’s clash against Southampton though, with Jurgen Klopp confirming the news to the Guardian.

Having played in all of the Reds’ Europa League ties so far, Jordan Rossiter will miss this one due to the hamstring injury sustained during the international break that saw him play three games in the space of just five days for England U-19.

Defender Joe Gomez was another player out injured during national duty for England U-19 and will be out for the rest of the season, much like Danny Ings.

Jordon Ibe is expected to come back in the starting XI and will have the first chance to showcase to the new manager just how good he is, his performances having slightly dipped of late.

.

Joe Allen could also be brought in the XI with the purpose of giving him more game time and resting some of the other midfield players, with one eye over the fixture in the weekend against Southampton.
