Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has insisted that his side can win the league after going on top of the table with a 3-0 win over Sunderland as Arsenal FC tie looms.
Manchester United went a point clear at the top of the table after they beat Sunderland 3-0 and Manchester City had lost 4-1 to Tottenham Hotspur.
