While Holland’s hopes to reach the EURO 2016 suffered a major blow following a crushing 3-0 defeat at the hands of Turkey, Memphis Depay was one of the better performers in the Oranje side on a forgettable evening.
Holland are now fourth in the group and are on the verge of missing out on the EURO 2016 with Danny Blind’s side now facing an uphill task.
However, new Manchester United signing Memphis Depay came away with his reputation intact, evidently the most formidable of the attackers in the Oranje line-up as he delivered a series of threatening crosses.
