Manchester United are set to make an offer for Lazio pair of Stefan di Vrij and Filipe Anderson as per reports in Di Marzio.

Manchester United have been linked with Lazioa s Felipe Anderson and Stefan de Vrij since March with reports stating that the club have send out scouts to watch Anderson in action.

Lazio were one of the surprises in Serie A this season. The team lead by coach Pioli qualified for the Champions League with major part being played by Stefan De Vrij and Felipe Anderson.

As per the reports, both players are targets for Manchester United, who are ‘crazy’ about them.

.

De Vrij had a stellar season with Lazio and was one of the best defenders in Serie A while Felipe Anderson vastly improved in his second season in Italy. Manchester United are in the market for a central defender with reports heavily linking them with a move for Mats Hummels and Nicholas Otamendi.

Both the defenders, however, are unlikely to be acquired easily with Hummels reportedly happy to stay in Germany and reluctant to move abroad and Valencia refusing to lower their 50 million Euro demand for Nicholas Otamendi who had only signed with them last year and was selected in the La Liga team of the Year 2014-15 following some superb performances.

While Manchester United wants to sign the Lazio pair, Lazio won’t sell them easily with Champions League football on offer for the Rome club, according to the report by Di Marzio.
