The former FC Barcelona and Holland defender thinks Juventus will not be able to beat Barcelona in the Berlin final.

.

Michael Reiziger is confident that his former club can see off Juventus in the Champions League final, predicting them to win 3-1 in Berlin.

Luis Enriquea s side come into the final as favorites, with the trio of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar having struck a stunning 120 goals between them this season.

Reiziger won two league titles during his stay with FC Barcelona and reckons that there is no stopping his former club:

a Barcelona are currently playing at a very high level; theya re almost impossible to stop.”

a They will win. I think Barcelona will win 2-1 or 3-1..”

Reiziger was a team mate of Luis Enrique during his time at the club and is now hoping to see his him lead the club to a famous treble after a mid-season blip during which it was also rumoured that he fell out with Messi:

“It’s his first year at Barcelona. In the beginning, he had a hard time and he had some problems with players.”

“I don’t know how true that is, or if it was just made bigger than it was, but the rumours where there. It would be fantastic if Luis Enrique could win the Champions League now.”

The Dutchman also went on to say that he expects Massimiliano Allegria s side to line up to hit his former club on the counter attack:

“I’ve seen Juventus play a lot, because at Sparta we play in the same formation. Juventus is a more physical team than Barcelona and they’re strong in the counterattack.”

a I think they will play that game, ita s how they became champions of Italy and beat Real Madrid.”
