Juventus Lead The Race For Argentine Sensation As Arsenal And United Fall Behind

Prominence of Paulo Dybala in and around Europe has increased in leaps and bounds this season, having been involved in twenty three goals in thirty one games for Palermo. His catastrophic rise has, thus, seen the European heavyweights lock horns with each other for his signature.

It was reported earlier this week that Arsenal had opened talks with the Argentina international over a summer move, but he cleared the air yesterday stating that his eyes are set in Italy hinting that a move to Juventus is imminent. Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, he also confessed his admiration for Andrea Pirlo that signaled that the 21-year-old marksman is not crossing the Italian borders this summer.

Juventus director Giuseppe Marotta has now reiterated that English giants Arsenal and Manchester United could not have their hands on the striker as he confirmed that the Italians sides had already started their negotiations.

“Dybala is an objective, we are talking to their president Maurizio Zamparini, but the negotiations are difficult because there are other clubs interested. We are tracking him along with some very experienced players, as that is valuable in Europe.”

Palermo chairman Maurizio Zamparini is known to have made his mind to let go of his stalwart even to Italian sides in the event of his valuation being met and accordingly, A?30 million would be more than enough for the Italian champions to lure him to Turin given the intention of the striker to be a part of the Juventus roster.

Having reached their thirties, Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente will not be getting any younger and at a tender age of twenty one, Paulo Dybala could well form an exceptional striking partnership with Alvaro Morata, who is also in his early twenties.
