English Premier League leaders Chelsea are pondering a last minute move for La Liga side Malagaa s teenage sensation Fabrice Olinga.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho was interested in signing Wilfried Bony earlier as the club is highly dependant on Diego Costa. But Manchester City beat Chelsea to sign Wilfried Bony and Jose Mourinho has reportedly asked the bosses of the club to make a late move for teenage sensation Fabrice Olinga.

Fabrice Olinga, 18, already has 8 international caps to his name. Olinga is owned by the La Liga side Malaga but the Andalusians sent him out on loan to the Cypriot club Apollon Limassol at the beginning of this season.

However, Olinga has now returned to his parent club but it appears that Chelsea have some different plans for the player. Such is the talent of Fabrice Olinga that former Chelsea striker Samuel Etoa o has recommended him to his new club Sampdoria and he even had a trial with the Serie A club last week.

English Premier League leaders Chelsea have always given a priority to signgin promising youngsters from across the globe and the case of Olinga is no different.

Meanwhile, reports coming from England have also confirmed the interest of Chelsea in Fabrice Olinga.

The Daily Mail has claimed today that Chelsea are weighing up a deal for 18-year-old Cameroon forward Fabrice Olinga, who has been on trial at Sampdoria. Former Blues forward Samuel Eto’o, who has just moved to the Italian side, recommended him to Sampdoria and the move alerted Chelsea.

However, in spite of this late interest of Chelsea in the striker, their future plans for Olinga are not yet clear. It has been the recent policy of Chelsea to send promising youngsters out on loan to gain a quality experience.
