Liverpool could still land Paris Saint-Germain attacker Ezequiel Lavezzi. suggest reports.
Brendan Rodgers has clearly stated that he’s not expecting any business to happen for the Reds in this window, but the Argentine international continues to be linked with a move to the Premier League side and these links refuse to go away.

THT Verdict- Extremely Unlikely
It seems unlikely that Liverpool would land the player in this window, or even the next. However, so many links definitely suggest some interest. Lavezzi does not fit the model of players Liverpool’s owners go for. Needless to say, if he does come in, he could prove to be very valuable with the experience he would bring in. But the likelihood of that happening is bleak to none. The Reds have plenty of attackers within their ranks and with Daniel Sturridge returning from long term absence now, the desperate need to get an attacker is not there now. Moreover, it seems more plausible that the Reds would go for Burnley’s Danny Ings.
