Juventus have pulled out of negotiations with Galatasaray as their asking price for Wesley Sneijder is too high and the Old Lady have now turned its attention towards Manchester United attacker Adnan Januzaj.
Juventus boss Max Allegri has said it publicly that he wants to sign a trequartista in the January transfer window. Wesley Sneijder of Galatasaray was the first choice of Juventus boss Allegri but the asking price of the Turkish club is 20 million euros and the Old Lady are not ready to pay this much for the ageing Ducthman.
Juventus have now pulled out of negotiations with Gala over a transfer of Wesley Sneijder and Adnan Januzaj of Manchester United have become the principle target of Allegri for the winter transfer window.
Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has plenty of attacking talent at his disposal and 19 year old Adnan Januzaj is finding it difficult to get enough playing opportunities at the Old Trafford club this season.
Juventus are continuously keeping a tab on the progress of Adnan Januzaj at Manchester United and Sporting Director Pavel Nedved is planning a 6 month loan deal with an option to make it permanent in June for the Belgian international.
Meanwhile, reports coming from Italy have also confirmed the plans of Juventus to land Adnan Januzaj in January.
La Gazzetta Dello Sport has claimed today that Adnan Januzaj is now a target for Juventus after the Italian side grew frustrated with Galatasaray’s refusal to lower the price of Wesley Sneijder.
Manchester United appointed David Moyes as a replacement of Sir Alex Fergusson last year and Adnan Januzaj made a name for himself under the Scot.
Manchester United sacked David Moyes last year and appointed Louis van Gaal as his replacement. The Ducthman splashed huge cash on the likes of Radamel Falcao, Angel di Maria and Marcos Rojo in the summer and this has resulted in reduced opportunities for Adnan Januzaj this season.
Adnan Januzaj is now looking for a move to another club as he wants to get his career back on track. Spanish side Real Sociedad, now managed by David Moyes, is also interested in signing the Belgian in this month.
However, the interest of Juventus is also genuine and the Old Lady are expected to make a first offer for Adnan Januzaj in the next week. Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is also in favor of sending him out on loan but he is not ready to sale him on a permanent basis.
