Arsenal are set to play two friendlies in India, following a growing appeal of Premier League fans in the Subcontinent. Former Arsenal legends Robert Pires and Freddie Ljungberg are already plying their trade in the Indian Super League. While Pires is playing for FC Goa, Ljungberg is playing for Mumbai City FC. Arsene Wenger has been an ardent supporter of the Indian Super League and would be more than happy to cash in on this increasing demand for football in the subcontinent.
